Welcome to BeliTicket. By using our proxy ticketing services and placing a deposit on our website, you agree to the following terms perfectly designed to protect both the buyer (you) and the service provider (us). Please read them carefully.
- Service Definition
BeliTicket operates as a proxy ticketing service. We queue, negotiate, and purchase high-demand concert tickets on your behalf. We are not the official event organizer. - The Deposit System
To secure our services for a specific concert, you must place an initial deposit through our website.
This deposit strictly books our time and resources to acquire the ticket for you.
The deposit does not equal the final price of the ticket.
- The 100% Refund Guarantee (If We Fail)
Ticketing is highly competitive. If we are completely unable to secure the ticket you requested after the official drop, we will refund 100% of your deposit directly back to your original payment method. No questions asked and no hidden fees. - Forfeiture of Deposit (If You Back Out)
If we successfully secure your requested ticket, we will notify you immediately.
You will be given exactly 3 Days (72 Hours) to pay the remaining balance of the ticket price.
If you fail to pay the final balance within the 3-day window, or if you decide you no longer want the ticket, your deposit will be entirely forfeited and is non-refundable.
We will immediately resell the ticket to the next person on the waitlist.
- Ticket Handovers and Finality
Once the final balance is paid, the ticket legally belongs to you.
Due to the nature of concert tickets, all final sales are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, even if you are unable to attend the event.
Tickets will be transferred to you digitally or handed over physically as agreed upon prior to the concert date. - Event Cancellations
If the official organizer cancels the concert, we will assist in processing the refund according to the official organizer’s guidelines and timeframe. The proxy service fee (built into our pricing) remains non-refundable, but the face value of the ticket will be returned to you once the organizer releases the funds.
