• ❌ No Cancellations for Personal Reasons: The moment your order is submitted and the Securing Fee is paid, your proxy slot is locked in. We DO NOT ACCEPT cancellations or refund requests for any personal reasons (e.g., “I secured tickets myself,” “My friend bought them for me,” “My schedule changed,” or “I changed my mind”).
• ⚠️ Deposit Forfeiture Clause: If we successfully secure your requested category, but you subsequently refuse to accept the tickets or refuse to pay the ticket face value balance, your Securing Fee will be 100% forfeited (Deposit Burned) and the ticket will be released to our waitlist.

Final seat placements will be strictly based on the official system’s random allocation.
